## About the Role

This position supports the company’s efficiency initiatives by tracking results, coordinating strategic and financial planning for projects, and helping improve resource use, digital transformation, and business value.

The role works closely with business and IT teams to identify process improvements, productivity gains, and cost reduction opportunities. It also requires consolidating annual planning and financial forecasts, monitoring project performance, and preparing management information for leadership.

A key part of the role is turning project and financial data into clear analysis that supports decision-making, resource allocation, and risk assessment. The position is suited to someone with experience in corporate performance, project management, strategic planning, and cost analysis.

## Key Responsibilities

– Track efficiency initiatives and monitor results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
– Partner with business and IT teams to optimize processes, productivity, and costs.
– Develop and monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports for leadership.
– Build and consolidate the annual Business Plan, aligning initiatives with company priorities.
– Assess exceptional requests, trade-offs, and operational risks related to projects.
– Consolidate and analyze financial forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation.
– Monitor project financial and operational KPIs through dashboards and performance reports.

## Required Skills

– Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience in strategic planning, project management, corporate performance, or efficiency initiatives.
– Experience with Business Plan development, financial planning, forecasting, and Capex budget management.
– Proven experience in cost analysis and cost management.
– Knowledge of indicators, KPIs, and analytical work to support decision-making.
– Experience in transformation projects, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
– Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

## Preferred Skills

– Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization.
– Knowledge of Power BI and corporate ERPs.
