Welcome to FinOps Weekly Jobs (the “Portal”), accessible at jobs.finopsweekly.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Portal and its associated services.
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Portal.
1. General Information
The Portal is operated by Cloud Cost Control SLU, a company registered in Spain, with its registered office at Passeig d’Angel Guimera 67, Matadepera Spain 08230 and VAT number B19340702 (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Nature of Services
FinOps Weekly Jobs acts as a specialized recruitment and job board platform connecting job seekers (“Candidates”) with hiring entities, recruitment agencies, and third-party partners, including but not limited to ContigoTech (“Employers” or “Partners”).
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Portal, users must create an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accuracy: You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide misleading information.
4. Candidate Terms (Job Seekers)
- Data Sharing Consent: By uploading your resume, profile, or professional information, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your data will be shared with Employers and recruitment Partners (such as ContigoTech) for the purpose of job matching and recruitment.
- License to Content: You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and share your uploaded content with our paying Partners.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee employment or that any Employer will review your information.
5. Employer and Partner Terms
- Fees and Payments: Access to Candidate leads, featured job listings, and information retrieval services are subject to fees. All pricing is governed by the specific subscription or pay-per-lead agreement executed at the time of purchase.
- Permitted Use: Employers and Partners agree to use Candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Selling or unauthorized sharing of Candidate data to non-affiliated third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Payments: All payments are processed in Euros unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable once the service (e.g., lead delivery or listing publication) has been initiated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Portal, including logos, design, text, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law:
- The Company is not liable for the accuracy of job listings posted by third parties.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of Candidates or Employers during the recruitment process.
- We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Data Protection
Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
