## About the Role
This role supports IT financial control and contract governance across technology-related spend. The position is responsible for budget planning, execution tracking, financial reporting, and analysis to help ensure that IT costs are managed accurately and in line with company requirements.
The role also covers IT contract management, including vendor coordination, contract lifecycle administration, SLA oversight, and documentation control. It works closely with group finance, local finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to support accounting activities, manage service costs, and resolve contract-related issues.
The main objective is to provide clear financial visibility, strengthen cost control, and maintain effective governance over IT spending and vendor agreements.
## Key Responsibilities
– Plan, prepare, monitor, and report on IT budgets.
– Review budget requests and budget proposals.
– Produce financial analysis reports, including cost allocation, expenditure, and asset depreciation.
– Prepare management reports and visual dashboards.
– Track budget execution and monitor spending against approved budgets.
– Analyze variances between actual spend and budget, and recommend improvements.
– Manage vendor budgets, cost accounting, and billing requirements.
– Support group finance and local finance teams with accounting activities related to technology investments.
– Ensure finance-related technology activities comply with company policies, governance standards, and accounting requirements.
– Build and improve contract governance processes and lifecycle management workflows.
– Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate contract matters.
– Monitor vendor SLA performance and service quality.
– Draft, review, negotiate, and execute IT-related contracts and agreements.
– Maintain complete contract records, including documents, correspondence, change records, project updates, and related files.
– Coordinate and resolve internal and external contract issues and disputes.
– Track contract milestones, deliverables, invoice settlement, and events such as termination, renewal, or extension.
– Share key contract information with stakeholders, including summaries, key obligations, and software license restrictions.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance management, accounting, information technology, or a related discipline.
– At least 2 years of experience in IT financial management, budget management, vendor management, or contract management.
– Strong knowledge of budget management, financial planning, cost control, and financial analysis.
– Experience in contract negotiation, vendor governance, and end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
– Familiarity with IT cost management and technology chargeback models.
– Strong data analysis, communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
– Strong English and Cantonese communication skills for daily business use.
