## About the Role
The Analyst will support the Technology & Digital area within the Strategy and Innovation Vice Presidency, with a focus on financial governance, vendor management, contracts, and budget execution. The role exists to improve visibility, control, and optimization of investments, expenses, and resources, helping the business make informed decisions and maximize value.
This position works across budget planning, financial control, executive support, and operational governance. It also supports the management of technology assets, supplier payments, and process improvement initiatives.
The role partners with leadership, business teams, technology, vendors, and strategic partners to keep planning, spending, and execution aligned.
## Key Responsibilities
– Plan, track, and control expense and investment budgets, including financial forecasts, variance analysis, and annual planning support
– Prepare business cases, investment prioritization analyses, and executive materials for decision-making forums
– Support financial governance, including correct expense allocation and compliance with corporate guidelines
– Manage supplier, consultant, software, and specialized service contracts, including procurement, renewals, and administration
– Monitor costs and identify efficiency opportunities across licenses, software, hardware, and other technology-related investments and expenses
– Validate supplier invoices, measurements, and financial controls to ensure consistency between contract, execution, and payment
– Update, consolidate, and analyze dashboards, reports, and management metrics
– Structure proposals for incentive programs, financing, grants, and innovation partnerships
– Standardize and improve financial and administrative processes
– Coordinate with leadership, business areas, technology teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment between strategy, budget, and execution
## Required Skills
– Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields
– Intermediate or advanced English for writing, listening, and speaking
– Experience with SAP
– Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and corporate management tools
– Experience managing stakeholders and working in cross-functional environments
– Strong analytical thinking and executive communication skills
## Preferred Skills
– Experience in Digital Transformation, Data, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence environments
– Knowledge of tax incentive processes, financing, and innovation programs
– Certifications related to FinOps, Financial Management, or Process Management
