ProsperOps is looking for an experienced FinOps practitioner. Your mission will be to work with customers to solve complex cloud cost optimization problems and answer both strategic and tactical FinOps questions. You’ll also be involved in the development of new optimization services and working closely with our Product team. The ideal candidate already possesses deep experience in the FinOps discipline as an optimization practitioner. We’re looking for insanely curious problem solvers with strong computational skills.
Responsibilities
Finops Subject Matter Expert working with existing install base to answer questions surrounding the ProsperOps platform and cloud rate optimization methods
Onboarding/implementation support including bringing customers up to speed with various FinOps concepts and how our platform works
Work with the Product team to develop new optimization services to enhance customer discounts
Addressing general support inquiries and ad hoc requests with customers
Introducing new products/features
