# Senior Manager – RevOps & FP&A
## About the Role
The Senior Manager of RevOps & FP&A will collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and optimize finance systems and processes within a rapidly growing fintech/SaaS company that recently launched a subscription product, achieving £11 million ARR. This position emphasizes a build-not-inherit approach, ideal for a candidate who has demonstrated success in establishing RevOps systems in similar high-growth environments.
In this role, you will partner closely with leadership, Sales, and Engineering teams to enhance RevOps processes. Your contributions will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making for the senior leadership team.
## Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with leadership, Sales, and Engineering to establish RevOps processes.
– Analyze and resolve bottlenecks and limitations within Stripe.
– Develop reporting frameworks for revenue and billing relevant to the company’s growth.
– Integrate HubSpot with Stripe for accurate billing data and processes.
– Assess which accounting and financial reporting processes should be internalized versus outsourced.
– Collaborate with the Finance Director to build and optimize finance systems and processes.
– Design budgeting, forecasting models, and reporting dashboards for leadership.
– Automate accounting processes and establish robust controls, policies, and documentation.
## Required Skills
– Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
– Proven RevOps and accounting experience in fast-growth global organizations.
– Familiarity with Stripe or similar systems and experience in system integration.
– Ability to develop systems and processes from scratch and present findings to executive leadership.
– Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.
– Proactive and commercially-minded, capable of building relationships with founders and senior stakeholders.
## Benefits
– Competitive salary between £80,000 – £120,000 (dependent on experience).
