## About the Role

The Systems Information team is seeking a management controller to support budget planning, budget monitoring, and financial follow-up across the SI division. The role focuses on helping manage overheads and investment budgets, while also supporting economic performance tracking for the broader IT function.

You will work closely with budget owners and stakeholders across the division to review spending, justify budgets, update forecasts, and support monthly closings. The position also plays a key role in producing management dashboards, building standard cost models for technical components and services, and estimating the total cost of ownership for major IT projects.

## Key Responsibilities

– Prepare and monitor overhead and investment budgets for the Systems Information division
– Perform budget control on purchases for the SI division
– Support budget owners with:
– budget justification
– requests for additional funding
– updates to spending forecasts
– monthly closing activities
– Build dashboards used to manage the financial performance of the SI division
– Develop standard costs for technical components and services delivered by IT
– Estimate the total cost of ownership for major SI projects

## Required Skills

– University degree in Finance at Master’s level
– Proven experience in management control within an information systems environment
– Strong command of budget management and performance reporting tools, including:
– Excel
– SAP BPC
– ECC & PPM
– Ivalua Buyer
– Tableau
– Knowledge of AI tools and their application in a management control context
– Understanding of, or interest in, the different areas within the SI division, including:
– infrastructure
– information security
– business solutions
– data and digital
– Excellent French and good English, with a minimum level of B2
– Empathy, cooperation, and transparency in working with partners
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Strong rigor, persistence, and self-control
– Respect for confidentiality in handling data
