# Job Title: VP – IT FP&A
## About the Role
As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, the VP of IT FP&A is responsible for leading expense analytics for the IT CXO organization. This position focuses on managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Cost Contribution Agreements (CCA) while enhancing IT reporting capabilities and forecasting processes. The role involves careful analysis and governance of cost allocation models, ensuring that financial information is effectively correlated to budgets.
You will play a crucial role in reviewing and executing intercompany transactions related to allocations and facilitating their integration within financial systems. Your contributions will enable the organization to achieve transparency in chargeback modeling for IT expenditures, maintain compliance with service agreements, and support financial integrity across departments.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead expense analytics for the IT CXO organization and oversee SLA/CCA management.
– Advance IT reporting capabilities and improve planning and forecasting processes.
– Review and analyze cost allocation models and maintain related contracts/agreements.
– Manage financial impacts and ensure effective allocation correlation to budget.
– Oversee transactions related to intercompany allocations, ensuring proper integration with financial systems.
– Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc chargeback reporting and allocation logic for IT expenditures.
– Ensure accuracy in cost chargebacks and streamline the budgeting and forecasting process.
– Validate SLA compliance with financial, regulatory, and corporate requirements while collaborating with internal service providers.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
– Experience within IT divisions, specifically with SLAs and CCAs.
– Strong analytical skills in cost-allocation modeling.
– Familiarity with Copilot and/or Claude.
## Preferred Skills
– Knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) and Regulation W.
