What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Monitor, analyze, and report on cloud spend trends across AWS and Azure
Identify cost optimization opportunities through discount commitment strategies and rightsizing
Develop accurate forecasts and budgets for technology spend in collaboration with Finance and Engineering teams
Build and maintain automated dashboards, KPIs, and internal reporting for enhancing cloud cost visibility
Provide regular reporting to leadership, translating technical metrics into business insights
What Is Required (Qualifications)
4 years of experience in a financial analysis role within a technology department
2 years of experience in Cloud FinOps
2 years of experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
2 years of customer service experience
Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience utilizing cloud cost management tools like Cloudability and Apptio
Prior experience in multi-cloud environments
Comfortable presenting and communicating to senior leadership
Programming experience in Python
FinOps Practitioner Certification
