We are looking for a Technical Engineer with a strong background in Production Support and Infrastructure Projects to join an international and dynamic environment within the financial sector.
Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week at the office in Lisbon
This role combines:
75% Production Support (Level 3)
25% Infrastructure Project Management
You will work closely with Business, Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure the stability, evolution and optimization of critical production environments.
Your main responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 Production Support across infrastructure and application environments
• Coordinate infrastructure-related projects within time, budget and quality expectations
• Ensure production resilience, obsolescence management and infrastructure compliance
• Work closely with Business Project Managers and technical teams
• Support cloud transformation and modern working practices such as DevOps and Agile
• Coordinate governance activities, reporting and project follow-up committees
• Define and validate SLAs and KPIs for production support activities
• Collaborate with FinOps, Decommissioning and Obsolescence teams
• Support deployments, critical operations and production changes when required
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in Production Support environments
• Strong technical knowledge in Linux, Websphere, Cloud, CFT and Ansible
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD ecosystems
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with project management and coordination tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana or Smartsheet
• Knowledge of legacy technologies such as Autosys, Websphere and CFT file transfer
• Understanding of FinOps concepts and infrastructure optimization topics
