## About the Role

We are looking for a FinOps Expert to support cloud cost visibility, financial governance, and optimization across product lines. The role is focused on implementing FinOps strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with company standards.

You will work closely with product teams on product management, product finance, and recharging processes. The position also plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, target setting for cost optimization, and the preparation of clear reporting and insights for different stakeholders.

## Key Responsibilities

– Implement FinOps strategies, policies, and best practices in line with company standards.
– Support product teams with product management, product finance, and recharging processes.
– Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization target setting.
– Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud costs and usage across multiple platforms.
– Improve visibility and transparency of cloud costs across product lines.
– Prepare and present reports, analysis, insights, trends, and anomaly findings.
– Support the implementation of financial governance and accountability.
– Build tools and automations for cost tracking, reporting, and cost optimization.
– Translate complex financial and analytical data into actionable recommendations and presentations for stakeholders.

## Required Skills

– Experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, Cloud Financial Management, or Cloud Financial Analysis.
– Solid knowledge of cloud operations, financial management, and cloud architectures.
– Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and cost accounting processes and systems.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, along with their billing models and structures.
– Experience in IT Asset Management and/or Cost Accounting.
– Experience with cloud cost management tools; IBM Cloudability experience is valued.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into recommendations, deliverables, and actionable presentations.
– Good financial knowledge.
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel proficiency.
– Power BI knowledge.
– English proficiency is mandatory.
