Job Description
The Deputy Manager for Plant Finance & MIS is responsible for ensuring the adherence to financial practices and policies at the plant location. This role involves managing financial operations, including the processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices to control expenses effectively. The incumbent will conduct comprehensive financial analysis and business finance activities to support strategic decision-making. They will oversee cost control measures and ensure accurate data interpretation for financial reporting. The role requires the preparation and management of Management Information Systems (MIS. and reporting on costing. The Deputy Manager will also contribute to budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a global mindset and demonstrating entrepreneurship in financial management. The role demands a high level of business and commercial acumen, along with excellence in people management.
