## About the Role

The company is seeking a Management Controller to support performance management across a multi-site operational scope. Reporting to the Finance Department, the role is responsible for analyzing monthly results, monitoring financial indicators, and helping business leaders understand and act on their performance.

This position also plays a key role in the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and the preparation of management reporting for leadership. The role works closely with operational managers and field teams to consolidate assumptions, explain results, and support decision-making.

In addition, the position contributes to the improvement of reporting tools, financial processes, and performance indicators.

## Key Responsibilities

– Analyze monthly performance across several operational entities
– Monitor the consistency and trends of financial indicators
– Review revenue, costs, and profitability
– Prepare summaries and recommendations for management
– Support operational managers in interpreting their results
– Take part in performance reviews and discussions with field teams
– Contribute to annual budget preparation
– Support operational leaders in building forecasts
– Consolidate and review budget assumptions
– Prepare presentations and summary notes for leadership
– Build periodic forecasts
– Update activity and results projections
– Identify variances and suggest appropriate action plans
– Help improve management reporting tools
– Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and performance indicators

## Required Skills

– Master’s degree level education in Finance, Management Control, Accounting/Audit, or Business School
– At least 4 years of experience in management control, ideally in a multi-site or operational environment
– Strong command of Excel and reporting tools
– Solid analytical and synthesis skills
– Strong interpersonal skills for working with a range of stakeholders
– Ability to work independently
– Rigor, curiosity, and team spirit
