## About the Role
This position is a manager-candidate FP&A role reporting directly to the CFO. The focus is on strengthening management control and financial analysis functions to support enterprise value improvement. The role goes beyond budget tracking and includes building the processes and frameworks needed for decision-making, KPI management, and management reporting.
You will work closely with the CFO, finance team, and business units to drive annual planning, medium-term planning, monthly performance analysis, and actions to improve business results. The company is in a second-foundation phase with involvement from an international PE fund, so the role offers the opportunity to contribute to a more advanced management structure and reporting environment.
There is also flexibility to work alongside the accounting team if desired. The position is intended for someone who wants to deepen their experience in FP&A and management accounting while helping shape the company’s finance and management infrastructure.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead annual budgeting and medium-term business planning
– Analyze monthly performance and prepare management reports
– Design and manage business KPIs
– Work with business units to drive performance improvement initiatives
– Perform financial analysis to support management decisions
– Collaborate with the financial accounting team to enhance management accounting
– Prepare reporting for the CFO and the PE fund
– Improve management control processes and KPI governance
## Required Skills
– 5+ years of professional experience
– 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
– FP&A or management accounting in a business company
– Financial accounting in a business company
– Financial analysis in a major consulting firm
– University degree or graduate degree
– Ability to work in a management accounting and financial analysis environment
## Preferred Skills
– Knowledge or experience in financial accounting
– FP&A or management accounting experience
– Experience building financial models from scratch
– Experience introducing BI tools or data analysis solutions
– Experience delivering presentations to internal meetings or external audiences
