This role will focus on the numerical management of our key product, a leading software solution in the caregiving industry, which has achieved over 72,300 implementations as of April 2026.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the development team to manage budgets, perform variance analysis, and oversee project-specific financial management. Your insights and analyses will directly impact our business operations and strategies, as you progress into managing business planning, performance forecasting, and investment analysis within the management accounting realm.
## Key Responsibilities
– Oversee budgeting and financial management for system development projects.
– Conduct variance analysis and manage profit and loss for different departments and projects.
– Start with monthly performance aggregation and expense management; progressively take on revenue and financial performance analysis.
– Prepare materials for management based on performance analysis to identify issues and suggest improvements.
