MUST HAVE
FinOps certification
3+ years of experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or technology finance
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cost management and billing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to communicate complex cost and usage data in a clear, business-friendly manner
Excellent communication skills
Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Practical experience with both Azure and AWS

Nice to Have
• Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Project management, data gathering experience
