– Partner proactively with spending teams, especially APAC-based colleagues, to review monthly cloud usage, identify opportunities, and understand upcoming engineering plans.
– Monitor cloud and AI/LLM spend for anomalies, spikes, and inefficiencies.
– Investigate variances, prepare written root-cause analyses, and document findings and recommendations in Jira.
– Participate in the monthly forecasting cycle by aligning central forecasts with team-level projections and capturing team plans and assumptions.
– Contribute FinOps input, including AI/LLM cost drivers, to showback reporting and meetings with top-spending R&D teams.
– Support Cloud Economics cost awareness and education efforts.
– Maintain and update the Cloud Economics wiki space.
– Model team cost projections and respond to support requests via Slack, email, and other channels.

– Familiarity with OpenAI/LLM cost drivers and monitoring LLM spend.
– Experience with cost modeling and team investment or project tracking.
– Proficiency with Jira for documentation and Slack for real-time and asynchronous support.
– Experience maintaining technical documentation or wiki spaces.
– Experience contributing to recurring reporting such as showback.
