## Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting systems that support business planning and decision-making.
– Conduct comprehensive analyses to inform investment and growth strategies based on unit economics and cohort performance.
– Automate and streamline manual reporting processes using AI tools, creating self-serve dashboards for team-wide use.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
– Enhance forecast accuracy and identify areas for margin improvement by analyzing performance drivers.
– Partner with stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable business improvements.
## Required Skills
– 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields; experience in high-growth startups is advantageous.
– Proficiency in financial modeling, including skills that enhance forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
– Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with financial management software like QuickBooks; knowledge of SQL or Sigma is a plus.
– Strong collaborative abilities to effectively partner with different business units and executives.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial audiences.
– Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with rapidly changing priorities.
– Enthusiasm for developing scalable processes and supporting strategic decisions across the organization.
## Preferred Skills

## Compensation and Benefits
– Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 USD / $168,000 – $196,000 CAD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
