# Principal Technology Business Management Analyst

**Location:** Remote, US-based
**Compensation:** $110,160–$182,000 annually

## About the Role

This role will develop Technology Business Management and IT Financial Management practices that improve transparency across enterprise technology spending and investment decisions.

The analyst will partner with technology, finance, and operations leaders to strengthen governance, improve cost visibility, and support value realization across AI, cloud, and digital initiatives.

The position will also deliver executive-level reporting and insights to support portfolio performance management and strategic investment accountability.

## Key Responsibilities

– Lead the Technology Business Management and IT Financial Management strategy and governance framework.
– Develop methodologies for cost transparency and investment accountability.
– Establish governance processes for enterprise technology investments.
– Quantify and validate benefits realization and value management initiatives.
– Monitor technology and transformation investment portfolio performance.
– Strengthen financial management capabilities across AI, cloud, and digital portfolios.
– Deliver executive reporting and actionable investment insights.

## Required Skills

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or information systems.
– At least 10 years of experience in Technology Business Management, financial management, or strategic planning.
– Demonstrated experience in governance and investment management.
– Strong capability in business case development and return-on-investment methodologies.
– Expertise in technology cost structures and cloud economics.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

## Preferred Skills

– Master’s degree.
– Experience in the healthcare industry.
– Experience with Apptio or Power BI.
