This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale a Solutions Advisory practice that connects enterprise technology investments to measurable business value. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping strategy, driving client success, and translating complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions. The role spans practice leadership, solution development, and go-to-market enablement, with direct influence on revenue growth and client adoption across IT Financial Management, FinOps, TBM, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Workforce Management. You will also build and mentor a high-performing advisory team, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and engineering, and represent the practice at industry events to elevate market presence and thought leadership.
Accountabilities
Define and execute the growth strategy for the Solutions Advisory function, aligning offerings with market trends, client needs, and platform capabilities
Lead strategic pursuits, new client acquisition, and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complex business problems into actionable technology and operational solutions
Develop and evolve scalable, repeatable solution offerings across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, SPM, Workforce Management, and Enterprise Architecture
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies and ensure solution alignment
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing advisory team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Represent the practice in thought leadership initiatives, conferences, and analyst engagements to strengthen brand visibility
Requirements
10-15+ years of technology consulting experience, with expertise in ITFM, FinOps, TBM, and Strategic Portfolio Management
Proven track record in practice building, solution development, and revenue growth
Experience leading complex, enterprise-level consulting engagements and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Deep understanding of technology financial management frameworks and value realization methodologies
Familiarity with Apptio or similar platforms (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other senior stakeholders
Strong leadership experience managing distributed, high-performing teams
Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Strategic thinking, pre-sales leadership, and talent development capabilities
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel up to 40%
