Proven ability to define and execute multi-year transformation roadmaps, transitioning legacy environments to scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud and hybrid platforms. Expert in productizing IT capabilities through standardized, reusable solutions that accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency. Strong advocate of automation, orchestration, and FinOps-led optimization, with hands-on experience embedding AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, intelligent operations, and workplace productivity. Recognized for strategic vision, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring governance, compliance, and security excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation
Define and execute transformation roadmaps for cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and hybrid environments.
Experience of driving workplace transformation
Drive adoption of automation, orchestration, and cost optimization strategies.
Productized IT Knowledge
Develop and implement standardized, repeatable IT solutions and frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
Promote best practices and reusable assets to accelerate transformation programmes.
AI Integration for Cloud, Infra & Workplace
Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, intelligent automation, and workplace productivity.
Collaborate with AI and data teams to design and deploy AI models tailored for infrastructure and cloud operations.
Large Infrastructure Transformations
Lead complex, multi-year infrastructure transformation programmes across global environments.
Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and security requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
