# Job Description: Financial Controlling Specialist

## About the Role
As a member of the Financial Controlling and Cost Accounting team within the Finance and Controlling Department, you will play a vital role in the financial management of our Technical Services division. Your primary focus will be on forecasting, investment and cost planning, and conducting comprehensive financial reports and economic analyses related to vehicles, workshops, and technical services. This role involves collaboration with various departments and management to provide valuable insights that drive efficiency and financial performance.

You will develop key performance indicators, ensure data quality, and support the digitalization of controlling processes. Your capacity to communicate complex financial data effectively will assist in strategic decision-making and project participation within the organization.

## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare management reports for senior leadership and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
– Oversee cost and revenue planning for Technical Services.
– Conduct economic feasibility calculations and benchmarking for vehicles and workshops.
– Perform regular plausibility checks and variance analyses.
– Enhance key indicator systems and facilitate the digitalization of controlling processes.
– Provide business consulting to departments and leadership on financial matters and participate in relevant projects.

## Required Skills
– Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
– Strong economic and analytical understanding.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and BI tools such as Power BI.
– Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
– High level of initiative, communication skills, and consulting competence.
– Interest in the specifics of a large commercial vehicle operation.
– Ability to present complex information tailored to the audience.
