## About the Role
As a key member of our Financial Controlling and Cost Accounting team within the Finance and Controlling Department, you will actively contribute to the economic management of our Technical Services. This position focuses on financial forecasting, investment and cost planning, and generating insightful reports and feasibility analyses related to vehicles, workshops, and technical services.

You will collaborate with management and other departments to provide data-driven insights and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring financial transparency and optimizing resource allocation within our services.

## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare management reports for executives and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
– Oversee cost and revenue planning for Technical Services.
– Conduct feasibility studies and benchmarking for vehicles and workshops.
– Perform regular plausibility checks and variance analyses.
– Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data quality while digitizing controlling processes.
– Advise departments and management on economic matters and support various projects.

## Required Skills
– Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with good knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and BI tools such as Power BI.
– Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
– High degree of initiative, strong communication skills, and consultative abilities.
– Interest in the specifics of a large commercial vehicle operation.
– Ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.
