# Job Description: Business Controlling and Cost Accounting Specialist

## About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Controlling and Cost Accounting team within the Finance and Controlling department. This role focuses on actively shaping the financial management of our Technical Services, with an emphasis on forecasts, investment planning, and cost analysis related to vehicles, workshops, and technical services. You will collaborate closely with management and department leaders to provide meaningful insights and reports that drive business decisions.

Your primary responsibilities include generating management reports, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and participating in various projects that require business insights. By ensuring data quality and advancing controlling processes through digital tools, you will contribute significantly to the financial health of our technical operations.

## Key Responsibilities
– Create management reports for executive leadership and perform ad-hoc analyses.
– Manage the cost and revenue planning for Technical Services.
– Conduct economic viability calculations and benchmarking for vehicles and workshops.
– Perform regular plausibility checks and variance analyses.
– Develop and enhance key performance indicator (KPI) systems, ensuring data integrity and digitalization of controlling processes.
– Provide consultative support to departments and leadership on business-related inquiries and engage in associated projects.

## Required Skills
– Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
– Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and BI tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
– Structured and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
– High initiative, strong communication, and consulting skills.
– Interest in the unique aspects of operating a large commercial vehicle enterprise.
– Ability to present complex information in a clear, audience-appropriate manner.
