## About the Role
The RMG Manager will oversee end-to-end workforce planning, resource optimization, financial governance, and stakeholder coordination across the AI/DE organization. The role is focused on improving billable utilization, managing bench and investment resources, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
This position is responsible for budget tracking, forecast management, and oversight of technology, infrastructure, cloud, and software license costs. It also provides leadership with analysis, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to support planning and decision-making.
The role works closely with Business Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, PMO, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure staffing, governance, and cost control processes are executed effectively.
## Key Responsibilities
– Manage end-to-end resource allocation across billable, internal, investment, and strategic workstreams.
– Improve utilization and reduce bench by supporting proactive workforce planning, staffing, and redeployment decisions.
– Partner with Delivery Leaders to ensure projects are staffed in line with demand forecasts.
– Own workforce budget planning and track budget vs. actual vs. forecast across business portfolios.
– Monitor workforce costs across projects, investments, and internal initiatives.
– Oversee technology, infrastructure, cloud, software license, and other delivery-related operating costs.
– Work with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Delivery teams to monitor spend against approved budgets.
– Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles.
– Identify financial risks and cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
– Manage bench governance, aging analysis, and deployment strategy for bench and investment resources.
– Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
– Lead governance discussions, resource reviews, and leadership meetings.
– Develop dashboards, analytical reports, MIS reports, and executive presentations.
– Analyze utilization, capacity, forecasting accuracy, demand pipeline, and resource productivity.
– Ensure adherence to resource management, financial governance, and cost control processes.
– Support cost code governance, project onboarding, and resource mobilization.
– Drive process improvement and automation across RMG operations.

– Monitor and govern technology, infrastructure, cloud, software license, and other delivery-related operational costs.
– Track spend against approved budgets in partnership with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Delivery teams.
– Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities.
– Identify cost overruns and financial risks, and recommend corrective actions.
– Maintain governance over cost codes, project onboarding, and resource mobilization.
– Improve visibility into operational cost drivers across projects, investments, and internal initiatives.
