About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Associate, with 1-3 years of experience you will support the founder in managing the sales process end-to-end – from preparing for demos to tracking follow-ups and maintaining sales pipeline visibility. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and operations, and is ideal for someone who wants to learn how early-stage SaaS GTM works.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Support:
Assist the founder in preparing for product demos and sales meeting
Join demos to take notes and capture client requirements
Help in sending follow-up emails and meeting summaries
Track deal progress across different sales stages
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain sales pipeline trackers and CRM hygiene
Track number of meetings, demos, conversions, and follow-ups
Ensure all interactions are properly documented
Maintain visibility into deal status and next actions
Sales Materials:
Create and maintain sales collateral – Demo decks, Product one pagers, FAQs, Customer Case Studies and Help customize presentations for different prospects
Prospect Research:
Research target companies, DevOps teams, and FinOps leaders
Prepare account briefs before sales calls
Identify relevant pain points and talking points
GTM Operations:
Help track outbound campaigns and meeting conversions
Maintain dashboards for meetings booked, Demos conducted and Conversion rates.
Support with basic outbound follow-ups when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Have 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales ops, consulting, or SaaS sales support
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Are comfortable interacting with technical audiences
Understand DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS products
Have worked with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or CRM systems
Have supported B2B SaaS sales teams
