Lead Data Operations Manager
Location:
2-3 days a week on site in Central London

Up to £90,000 per annum + bonus
Required Skills
Stakeholder Engagement/Management:
Proven experience with large scale stakeholder management
Strong Business Understanding:
In addition to technical knowledge, you will need to understand and manage within the business, being a key figure as part of the bigger picture
Operational Leadership:
Proven experience managing operations for large-scale data platforms, ensuring uptime, performance, and stakeholder confidence.
Incident & SLA Management:
Strong capability in incident triage, root cause analysis, escalation management, and designing/enforcing SLAs across teams.
Azure Data Stack:
Hands-on expertise with Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADF, and Power BI, including best practices and optimisation techniques.
Automation & CI/CD:
Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and automation tooling to streamline deployments and reduce manual overhead.
FinOps:
Experience driving cost management initiatives, providing usage insights, and facilitating stakeholder forums focused on cost efficiency.
Monitoring & Observability:
Understanding of modern monitoring, alerting, and data quality frameworks to ensure proactive health management of the platform.
