## About the Role

This role partners with the Global Head of Finance Operations to turn the FinOps strategy into clear operating plans and OKRs for BFin. It focuses on improving how the function works by identifying friction in processes, tracing root causes, and driving structured remediation.

A key part of the role is helping define and evolve BFin’s service catalogue, tiering, and SLAs in coordination with global FinOps leadership. The position also carries responsibility for identifying control risks early, escalating them with appropriate urgency, and owning the follow-up remediation.

## Key Responsibilities

– Translate the global FinOps strategy into BFin operating plans and OKRs.
– Build and maintain a continuous improvement cadence across processes and workflows.
– Review operating processes regularly, identify sources of friction, and lead remediation efforts.
– Define and refine BFin’s service catalogue, service tiers, and SLAs with global FinOps leadership.
– Identify control risks, escalate them promptly, and own remediation through to completion.
