## About the Role
The Global Business Partner Technology Specialist III is responsible for supporting the strategic governance of Technology by improving transparency, predictability, control, and value creation. The role focuses on turning data into actionable information for decision-making and on simplifying and automating workflows across the Technology organization.
This position works across Technology, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders to manage budgeting, forecasts, financial follow-up, and approval processes. It also supports portfolio visibility, reporting, and the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.
A further part of the role is to help consolidate the annual training plan for Technology, track its execution, and report progress. The position also contributes to the management and evolution of project and portfolio tools to ensure data quality and consistency.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead the annual Technology budgeting process, including forecasts, results tracking, and financial projections.
– Consolidate and analyze spend, commitments, variances, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
– Prepare financial reports, scenarios, and recommendations for Technology stakeholders and corporate teams.
– Manage out-of-budget requests, ensuring proper justification, traceability, and approval.
– Coordinate contracts, renewals, and approval workflows with Technology, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and other involved teams.
– Identify opportunities for efficiency, savings, and optimization through process improvement.
– Simplify, standardize, and automate financial, administrative, and governance processes within Technology.
– Consolidate the annual Technology training plan, monitor execution, and report progress.
– Administer and evolve project and portfolio management tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.
– Provide end-to-end visibility into initiatives, projects, and key technology portfolio metrics.
## Required Skills
– University degree in Engineering, Systems, Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
– Experience in financial planning, management control, PMO, IT governance, or similar roles.
– Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and KPI tracking.
– Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams.
– Advanced English level.
