# Director / Principal, Enterprise Transformation – Business Technology

## About the Role
Capgemini Invent is hiring a Director/Principal-level leader for its Enterprise Transformation – Business Technology practice in Spain, where the team includes more than 150 consultants and covers areas from IT strategy and architecture to IT operating model transformation.

This role focuses on helping clients reshape technology operating models in the AI era, with the CIO at the center of that change. The work spans SDLC, operations, architecture, and portfolio management, along with technology value management and transformation at enterprise scale.

The position requires a high degree of autonomy, a pragmatic builder mindset, and the ability to drive change through execution as well as vision. Success is expected to translate into measurable business outcomes, including bookings, contribution margin, revenue, and market recognition.

## Key Responsibilities

### Transformation Leadership
– Lead IT operating model transformations for the AI era.
– Shape SDLC and operations transformations with attention to business case, TCO, technology choices, and change management.
– Define and implement governance and management models aligned to cloud, FinOps, and SaaS delivery models.
– Support product operating model implementation at scale.
– Build business cases tied to efficiency, service levels, and continuity.
– Support clients transitioning across legacy, cloud, SaaS, and AI environments.
– Define implementation and coexistence strategies, including change management with internal teams and third parties.

### Business Development
– Lead client proposals and RFP responses from initial brief through final presentation.
– Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
– Use personal business networks to open conversations with new clients or buying centers.
– Build internal networks across Capgemini and share practice offerings with other business units.
– Nurture relationships within existing accounts.

### Project Delivery
– Provide strategic oversight for projects or manage delivery end to end.
– Lead teams to deliver to scope, quality, and timeline.
– Work with clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategy.
– Turn complex issues into clear recommendations and actions.
– Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
– Lead consultants to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

### Practice Development
– Actively contribute to practice leadership.
– Develop differentiated thought leadership, points of view, methodologies, and other assets.
– Support training, community building, and recruiting initiatives.
– Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the team.

## Required Skills
– 15+ years of experience in Business Technology within consulting.
– Strong project track record.
