# Job Title: Financial Planning Analyst – Technical Services
## About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in the Corporate Controlling and Cost Accounting division within our Finance and Controlling department. The primary focus of this role is to actively contribute to the economic management of our Technical Services through forecasts, investment and cost planning, impactful reporting, and cost-benefit analyses related to vehicles, workshops, and technical services.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with management and department leaders, providing essential insights and analyses that drive informed decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our financial processes and reporting systems, ultimately contributing to the organization’s economic effectiveness and strategic objectives.
## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare management reports for executives and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
– Oversee cost and revenue planning for Technical Services.
– Perform cost-effectiveness calculations and conduct benchmarking for vehicles and workshops.
– Carry out regular plausibility checks and variance analyses.
– Develop key performance indicator systems, ensure data quality, and digitize controlling processes.
– Advise departments and leadership on business-related queries and participate in projects.
## Required Skills
– Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
– Strong understanding of business economics and analytical skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and BI tools like Power BI.
– Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
– High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and consulting competence.
– Genuine interest in the specifics of a large commercial vehicle operation.
– Ability to effectively present complex information to varied audiences.
