## About the Role
This is an individual contributor position within the GST team, supporting the GTIS Finance lead with planning, analytics, and reporting. The core focus is accurate RTB Tech cost analysis, variance explanation, and management information that helps inform decisions.
The role acts as a link between finance and business-unit stakeholders, turning financial data into practical business support. You will work closely with the GTIS Finance lead and, where needed, COS, while coordinating across finance teams to gather inputs, resolve queries, and provide constructive challenge. The role is based in the Noida office.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead planning, analytics, and reporting support for the GTIS Finance lead.
– Produce RTB Tech cost analysis, explain variances, and deliver management information.
– Provide monitoring, decision support, and constructive challenge to stakeholders.
– Partner with the GTIS Finance lead and other relevant stakeholders, including COS where required.
– Coordinate across finance teams to gather inputs, resolve queries, and align outputs.
– Develop and implement business-unit financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
– Build financial models to forecast performance, assess investments, and evaluate financial risk.
– Analyse financial data, identify trends, and present insights to support decision-making.
– Support cross-functional collaboration by providing financial guidance to business units.
– Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and operations.
– Support business units in assessing and mitigating financial risk, including training on risk management and compliance.
– Advise senior stakeholders on areas of impact, control, and governance.
