# Senior Analyst, OTC, A/R & A/P Operations
## About the Role
This role supports SAP implementation work, Order-to-Cash process improvements, and break/fix analysis across Priceline’s OTC environment. It also prepares test cases, supports user acceptance testing, and helps migrate data from current ERP systems to new ones.
The position focuses on resolving process issues across accounts receivable and accounts payable operations. It works closely with Fintech, GL, RevOps, FinOps, Compliance, and IT to support transactional accuracy, cash management, and credit risk mitigation.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead moderate-sized projects using business knowledge, system expertise, decision-making, and project management skills.
– Serve as a subject matter expert for OTC processes, including invoicing, billing, cash application, A/R reconciliation, A/P reconciliation with external invoices, intercompany AR, and collections.
– Support break/fix analysis, process improvements, and approved system enhancements within the OTC platform.
– Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues affecting AR and AP operations.
– Align business needs with IT standards to support informed decision-making.
– Own change management, communications, and stakeholder alignment for process and system changes.
– Develop and maintain OTC business process flows.
– Participate in project status and system change reviews to gather requirements and define scope.
– Lead and coordinate business requirements support and user acceptance testing.
– Coordinate data migration efforts with the Fintech team.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
– 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a high transaction volume environment.
– Strong SQL knowledge.
– Proven experience with testing methodology.
– Strong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle on a transactional basis.
– Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
– Ability to interpret complex financial data and turn it into actionable insight.
– Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GAAP compliance requirements.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to communicate clearly with end users through senior management.

## Preferred Skills
– MBA.
– Experience with Oracle, SAP, and billing software such as High Radius.
