## About the Role
Digibee is looking for a FinOps Analyst to join its Finance team and take ownership of cloud cost management from end to end. The role exists to improve visibility into spending, identify inefficiencies, and support better decision-making as the business scales its infrastructure.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations to monitor cloud usage, investigate anomalies, and reduce waste. The position is focused on building practical cost discipline across teams while helping Finance and leadership understand how cloud spend is trending.
This role has direct impact on budgeting, forecasting, and infrastructure efficiency across AWS and GCP. It is suited to someone who can combine financial analysis with technical fluency and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
## Key Responsibilities
– Monitor cloud spend, identify anomalies early, and investigate the underlying causes.
– Establish and maintain core FinOps practices, including tagging, cost allocation, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Build clear reporting on cloud spend for Finance and leadership.
– Analyze usage patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities such as idle resources, overprovisioning, and pricing model improvements.
– Work with Engineering to implement cost reduction actions.
– Partner with technical teams to promote cost awareness in infrastructure decisions.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with strong analytical focus; or in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
– Advanced or fluent English.
– Strong experience in Cloud Financial Management (FinOps), infrastructure financial modeling, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual).
– Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
– Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
– Experience with cloud-native billing tools.
– Familiarity with Product and Cloud Engineering companies.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects or roles at the same time.
## Preferred Skills
– Experience with IPaaS or SaaS business models.
– Knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
