– Collaborate with the SIS portfolio management lead on topics that require alignment across divisions.
– Leverage shared functions such as strategy, market insight, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and presentation development to support executable proposals and portfolio analysis.

– Support M&A and business development activity by evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities and incorporating them into divisional investment and resource plans.
– Maintain high standards for business-case quality, assumption integrity, and risk management across all investment proposals.
– Prepare executive materials and communicate portfolio strategy, financial impact, and scenario analysis to senior leadership, executive officers, GEC, the Board of Directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
– Lead portfolio governance, analysis, and recommendations while recognizing that final investment approval rests with the Division Head and corporate governance bodies.
