This Could Be The Perfect Challenge If You Have
7+ years of experience in software engineering, digital platforms, or distributed systems
Proven experience designing, deploying, and operating AI/ML systems in production environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Practical experience with LLM usage patterns such as RAG, embeddings, and agent-based architectures
Solid background in MLOps / AIOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and observability
Experience working with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and related AI/ML services
Strong software engineering foundations (APIs, version control, automated testing, DevOps practices)
Understanding of model quality, output validation, security, privacy, and AI cost management (FinOps)
Ability to work autonomously in complex, fast-paced, and agile environments
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
Availability to work in ahybrid model (3 days/week) in Lisbon, Porto, or Braga
