## About the Role

This is a full-time remote Product Manager position open across SoftwareOne offices. The role focuses on shaping and scaling the company’s global FinOps portfolio, with responsibility for how cloud cost optimization and governance services are defined, packaged, and delivered.

You will develop the methodologies, playbooks, and maturity models that support the offering. The position also plays a key role in aligning the portfolio with go-to-market needs, so the services are practical to sell, simple to deliver, and relevant to the market.

The role works closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing, as well as delivery teams. Its overall purpose is to improve client value, service quality, and the scalability of FinOps offerings.

## Key Responsibilities

– Own and develop FinOps offerings, including pricing, positioning, and differentiation
– Build scalable methodologies, playbooks, and maturity models
– Define frameworks for cost visibility, governance, and optimization
– Guide tooling strategy for FinOps delivery
– Equip teams with reusable assets, training, and best practices
– Track performance and improve client value and delivery quality
– Support go-to-market activity with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
