# Procurement FP&A Lead
## About the Role
As Procurement FP&A Lead, you will own the end-to-end Procurement Finance forecasting process and the governance around RM, PM, and 3PM. The role covers data preparation, actualization, price forecasting, evaluation, uplift review, and sign-off, with a strong focus on forecast accuracy and variance control.
You will act as the process integrator across Anaplan, Predikt, S4 HANA, and Power BI, working with key data inputs such as FX, RMX, product logic, and volumes. The role partners closely with Procurement, SC FP&A, Central PFET, Market PFET, buyers, Procurement Directors, global CPRM, and SCFS-GBS.
This position also leads the Procurement Finance Forecasting team, with responsibility for building capability, interchangeability, and timely team setup.
## Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate pre-cycle setup, actualization, currency exposure updates, regional volume forecast collection, contract price and data loads, validations, and Predikt hygiene.
– Lead price forecasting activities, including economic assumption release, what-if runs, leadership pre-alignment, pricing signal model review, buyer inputs, and query resolution.
– Validate central evaluation outputs, including FX/NMCI and CoC impacts, adjustment templates, category allocations, and bridge-gap checks.
– Lead network and market reviews and prepare leadership materials such as decks, pricing signals, fact loads, and communications.
– Review DDP uplift (WAPR), compare transfer prices with Predikt, coordinate corrections with SCFS-GBS, and sign off forecast and pricing impacts.
– Serve as the main interface across Procurement, SCFS, FP&A, and Central/Market Procurement FET to drive accuracy, compliance, delivery, and sign-offs.
– Lead the Procurement Finance Forecasting team and build interchangeability through training, development, and timely team setup.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
– 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Finance or FP&A, with forecasting and variance analysis.
– Strong understanding of FX, commodities, RM/PM/3PM cost drivers, PPV, and procurement pricing mechanics.
– Advanced Excel skills, with experience in SAP ECC or S4H, and Power BI.
– Knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and reporting.
– Fluent English, spoken and written.
– Strong stakeholder influence and multiple-stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to provide forward-looking what-if analysis.
– Strong computer literacy, process governance, and data-driven analytical thinking.
– Self-driven, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong prioritization, problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, relationship-building, conflict handling, and the ability to work under pressure.
– Team-oriented, proactive in sharing best practices, ideas, and insights, with a continuous improvement and digital mindset.
