You will sit on the CITO Leadership Team and directly influence IT strategy, budgeting and transformation roadmap.
🎯 What you will own
🔹 Strategic IT Operations Leadership
Define and execute the IT Operations & Service Delivery strategy
Build and evolve the
Target Operating Model
Align IT services with business objectives and growth plans
Drive cost transparency and value realisation (FinOps ownership)
🔹 Service Excellence & Performance
Own SLAs, KPIs and performance governance across:
IT Operations
Service Desk
Service Improvement
Champion user experience and customer satisfaction
Lead automation and optimisation initiatives
Embed ITIL best practices (Incident / Problem / Change / Service Management)
🔹 Infrastructure & Cloud Oversight
End-user computing
Network and systems
Cloud infrastructure (cost control & optimisation)
Operational resilience, disaster recovery and security alignment
🔹 Leadership & Capability
Direct leadership of:
IT Service Improvement Lead
IT Operations Team Leader
IT Service Desk Team Leader
Workforce planning & capability development
Vendor & partner governance
Budget ownership and financial accountability
🧠 What we are looking for
Experience
10+ years in IT Operations / Service Delivery / Infrastructure
5+ years in senior leadership role
Proven track record in building IT operating models
Experience managing enterprise SLAs across multiple business units
Strong financial governance and vendor management exposure
Technical depth
ITIL frameworks (strong practical application)
Modern infrastructure environments
Cloud platforms & enterprise service tooling
FinOps discipline and cost optimisation
Governance, risk & compliance awareness
Leadership profile
Strategic thinker with execution discipline
Strong stakeholder influencer (C-level & business leaders)
Change leader with measurable transformation outcomes
Commercially aware and outcome-driven
