# FinOps Specialist

## About the Role
BESTSELLER TECH is hiring a FinOps Specialist to bring structure, visibility and accountability to cloud spend across a growing multi-cloud environment. The role exists to improve how cloud costs are understood, managed and optimised across AWS, Azure and GCP.

You will work across engineering, data and finance to turn cloud usage into better business decisions. The team is based in Malaga and collaborates closely with colleagues in Denmark.

The wider Tech organisation already supports cloud operations, infrastructure and observability across platforms. This role adds dedicated ownership for cloud cost management and optimisation.

## Key Responsibilities
– Set up and maintain tagging governance to support accurate cost attribution across cloud resources.
– Develop and run FinOps practices across AWS, Azure and GCP.
– Build cost allocation and showback models that improve transparency for teams.
– Identify and drive optimisation opportunities, including rightsizing, reserved capacity and architectural improvements.
– Partner with engineering, data and finance stakeholders to improve cloud spending decisions.

## Preferred Skills
– Experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimisation.
– Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
– A financial mindset with the ability to connect usage, cost and value.
– Ability to work across technical and financial functions.
– Strong English communication skills.
