## About the Role
A construction company is creating a new position for a FinOps Cloud professional working fully remotely. The role is focused on tracking cloud spending, improving cost efficiency, and strengthening financial governance across cloud environments.
You will work closely with IT and Finance teams, as well as business stakeholders, to improve visibility into cloud consumption and support accurate forecasting. The position also includes helping teams adopt FinOps best practices and contributing to the ongoing improvement of cost management tools and processes.
## Key Responsibilities
– Monitor and analyze costs across cloud environments
– Identify and implement cloud cost optimization actions
– Help establish financial governance best practices
– Track budgets, consumption, and key performance indicators
– Manage and optimize Microsoft contracts and licenses
– Produce reports and dashboards for IT and Finance teams
– Support business teams with cloud spend control and forecasting
– Raise awareness of FinOps best practices across teams
– Contribute to continuous improvement of cost management tools and processes
## Required Skills
– Higher education in IT, management, or finance
– Experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or IT Financial Management
– Professional experience with public cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
– Strong understanding of cloud consumption models and cost optimization challenges
– Solid data analysis and reporting skills
– Fluent English

– Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Agreement, and licensing
