## About the Role
Arrive is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst for its North American Go To Market team. Reporting to the Manager of Account Operations, this role owns complex customer reconciliation issues and financial discrepancies from diagnosis through resolution.
The position is focused on finding the root cause of data and billing problems, then working with Accounting, Account Management, and Product teams to implement lasting fixes. It is based in Atlanta, GA and follows a hybrid 3/2 schedule.
## Key Responsibilities
– Investigate customer billing, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies end to end.
– Analyze large, complex data sets to identify anomalies and recurring issues.
– Perform root cause analysis to determine why financial breaks occur.
– Partner with Accounting, Account Management, and Product/Engineering teams to resolve issues permanently.
– Translate technical findings into clear explanations for internal teams and clients.
– Support Account Managers in communicating financial resolutions to high-value clients.
– Redesign manual workarounds into scalable, automated workflows.
## Required Skills
– 3–5+ years of experience in a role combining finance/accounting with operational problem-solving.
– Background in Revenue Operations, FinOps, Forensic Accounting, or Strategic Accounts Resolution.
– Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, and data cleansing.
– Ability to work with unformatted data from multiple systems.
– Strong cross-functional communication skills.
– Ability to explain technical and financial issues clearly to both developers and clients.
– Analytical mindset, strong curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent analytical/problem-solving experience.
## Preferred Skills
– Technology or SaaS experience.
