# Financial Analysis Advisor

## About the Role
This role is responsible for the design and governance of the Global IT Platform Recovery model. It ensures cloud, SaaS, and shared IT costs are allocated accurately across business units and regions, with recovery aligned to usage and business value.
The position supports financial transparency, cost accountability, and optimization within the Finance function. It partners closely with the CIO organization, platform owners, and regional finance teams, and serves as the main contact for IT recovery matters.
Strong governance, documentation, and audit readiness are central to the role, along with clear reporting on recovery performance, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
## Key Responsibilities
– Own the recovery model for cloud, SaaS, and infrastructure costs.
– Define cost pools, allocation drivers, and recovery logic.
– Ensure the recovery method reflects consumption and business usage.
– Analyze actuals vs budget vs forecast and explain recovery variances.
– Review cloud overspend, SaaS usage, and recovery gaps.
– Support MBR/QBR reporting.
– Partner with the CIO organization, platform owners, and regional finance teams.
– Act as the primary contact for IT recovery topics.
– Align stakeholders on methodology, data, and timelines.
– Monitor cloud and SaaS consumption and identify efficiency opportunities.
– Support licensing and platform utilization optimization.
– Deliver monthly recovery reporting, reconciliations, executive insights, and audit-ready documentation.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
– 10–12 years of relevant experience.
– Background in IT Finance, FP&A, or cost recovery.
– Experience with cloud, SaaS, and shared services models.
– Exposure to global matrix organizations.
– Financial modelling and cost allocation expertise.
– Strong understanding of IT cost structures and consumption models.
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level.
– Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
– Fluent business English, both written and verbal.
– Strong commitment to integrity, internal controls, and data privacy.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
– Ability to work across geographies and time zones.
– Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

– Analyze actuals, budget, forecast, and recovery variances.
– Track cloud overspend, SaaS utilization, and recovery gaps.
– Produce monthly recovery reporting and reconciliations.
– Support MBR/QBR reporting and executive insights.
– Improve visibility of cloud and platform spend.
– Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
– Support optimization of licensing and platform utilization.
– Maintain audit-ready documentation and strong control processes.
