# Job Description: Finance Operations Manager
## About the Role
As a Finance Operations Manager at Getfluence, you will directly support the CFO in overseeing the finance and administrative landscape of the organization. This hybrid role encompasses daily financial operations, performance management, and the structuring of the finance department to support our scale-up trajectory through process optimization and AI automation. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, shareholders, banks, and external advisors. Your work will have a significant impact on our financial strategies and operational efficiency, as you help drive the company’s growth and performance.
## Key Responsibilities
– **Finance Operations**
– Oversee the customer cycle: manage invoicing, track collections, and monitor accounts receivable.
– Manage the supplier cycle: validate and process vendor invoices and general expenses.
– Handle group treasury operations: monitor daily cash flow, anticipate liquidity needs, and identify cash optimization opportunities.
– Coordinate accounting functions with external accountants for monthly and annual closures.
– Collaborate with operational teams, such as sales and project management, to develop and implement cross-functional processes.
– Participate in external growth operations, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration of entities.
– **FP&A / Management Control**
– Produce monthly group reporting in collaboration with the CFO, including P&L, cash flow, and business KPIs.
– Develop and monitor the annual budget and reforecasts, including variance analysis.
– Create ad hoc analyses for executive management focusing on pricing, profitability, working capital needs, and growth scenarios.
– **Process Improvement and Automation**
– Continuously enhance finance processes through automation in invoicing, reminders, and reconciliations.
– Deploy AI-driven automations within the department for document processing, report generation, and internal controls.
– Document procedures and enhance internal control maturity.
## Required Skills
– Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management control (Master’s CCA, business school, DSCG).
– 2 to 5 years of experience in management control, accounting firms, or auditing, preferably within startup or scale-up environments.
– Strong grasp of accounting and management fundamentals: able to read balances, construct analytical P&Ls, and effectively challenge closures.
– Proficient in data analysis and AI applications: advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with SQL, and an active use of generative AI tools.
– Professional fluency in English in an international context.
– Independent, meticulous, and delivery-oriented, with a focus on structuring processes.
