# DevOps Team Lead
**Full-time | Hybrid | Tel-Aviv District (3 days from home)**

## About the Role
Rounds is hiring a DevOps Team Lead to own infrastructure and cloud operations across the R&D organization. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for DevOps strategy and execution in a multi-cloud environment and reports to Vladislav Yermolaev, VP R&D.

The position is focused on strengthening engineering standards, cloud-native architecture, and operational scale. You will work with global engineering teams and help improve DevOps workflows using AI-powered tools.

## Key Responsibilities
– Lead and develop the DevOps team, building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
– Own large-scale cloud infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery.
– Modernize DevOps practices across CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring, and related workflows.
– Use AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to improve R&D efficiency.
– Design and maintain cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code.
– Set technical standards for engineering quality, cloud-native architecture, and operational scale.

## Required Skills
– Proven success leading DevOps teams in hyper-growth technology companies.
– Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP production environments at scale.
– Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and large-scale production and development environments.
– Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
– Experience developing backend microservices and APIs.
– A proactive, can-do mindset and a drive to build new solutions.

## Preferred Skills
– Experience with multi-region or multi-cloud deployments.
– Experience with AI adoption across the DevOps lifecycle.
