# Confirmed FinOps Consultant

## About the Role

Join Talan’s Digital Impulse consulting division and contribute to the Technology Modernization (CTO Advisory) team, which supports clients with technology modernization and cloud adoption.

As a Confirmed FinOps Consultant, you will support major client transformation programs by monitoring cloud expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and advising on cloud cost governance and management processes.

You will work with client teams and contribute to internal initiatives that support the development of the consulting community.

## Key Responsibilities

– Analyze and monitor cloud spending.
– Identify opportunities to reduce cloud costs.
– Advise clients on cloud cost governance and management processes.
– Support major cloud transformation programs.
– Contribute to internal projects and team initiatives.

## Required Skills

– At least 3 years of experience advising IT departments within a consulting firm, IT services company, or cloud provider.
– Strong knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud migration challenges.
– Experience with Power BI.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Interest in contributing to internal team and community initiatives.

## Preferred Skills

– GCP certification.
– AWS certification.
