## About the Role
As a Consultant, Finance & License IT Infrastructure, you will support Infrastructure Operations by managing the financial side of IT infrastructure decisions. The role exists to help ensure that infrastructure investments, licensing spend, and subscription costs are controlled, compliant, and aligned with long-term technology priorities.
You will work across budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing to help maintain accurate financial operations. A key part of the role is improving visibility into spending, supporting forecasting and variance analysis, and helping the organization make better-informed decisions about technology costs.
This position collaborates closely with procurement and other cross-functional teams involved in infrastructure purchasing, contract review, and financial oversight.
## Key Responsibilities
– Manage IT infrastructure budgets and monitor spending to support cost optimization.
– Oversee software license and subscription management, including compliance and risk reduction.
– Work with procurement teams to review and improve vendor contracts and purchasing processes.
– Create and manage purchase orders for infrastructure-related purchases.
– Process invoices in SAP, ensuring correct approvals, allocations, and timely posting.
– Track deliveries and invoices against budgets and purchase orders.
– Lead regular financial reviews covering spending trends, variance analysis, and forecast accuracy.
– Identify process improvements that increase visibility and support better financial practices.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Proven experience in financial management.
– Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and software licensing models.
– Experience in procurement and vendor management.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
– Proficiency with financial tools and SAP ERP systems.

– Experience in IT or technology-driven environments.
