CFO / Digital Transformation Finance Leader is required by our global customer.
We are looking for an experienced senior executive to hold overall responsibility for the organization’s future strategy around financial health, stability, and process streamlining using AI, execute and further optimise transformation from legacy services to an AI-first digital infrastructure company
The successful CFO will take ownership and improve financial discipline, reporting credibility, cash and covenant compliance, and deploy AI-first tools across the finance function
Reporting into the CEO, you will also be overseeing IT, HR, and digital transformation. This is a key role and will suit a forward thinking FinOps literate AI Champion with a proven track record in a similar role in the KSA Market

Required Skills & Qualifications
10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5–8 years in senior leadership roles.
Deep expertise in financial controls, revenue recognition
Proven experience rolling out AI agents
Hands on experience in Financial AI Driven Operations
Strong SAP exposure / SAP Finance module
Advanced Excel modeling, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills .
Demonstrated track record deploying AI and automation in financial operations — ERP
automation, AI-assisted reporting, automated reconciliation.
Must demonstrate strong AI utilisation understanding and hands-on finance operations.
Experience in digital, cloud, or connectivity businesses
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
An MBA or Master’s in Finance is highly preferred
Professional credentials such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly valued.
