A fast-growing US-based DevOps SaaS company is expanding its operations in Prague and is looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its go-to-market team.

As part of a growing startup environment, the role requires flexibility and a proactive mindset. Working hours are flexible, with a preferred schedule between 10:00 -18:30 to align with the US market.
About The Team
The role is part of the go-to-market and sales team, working closely with:
• Company leadership
• Sales leadership
• Marketing teams
The position includes direct collaboration with the CEO on strategic accounts and outbound initiatives, providing exposure to high-level decision-making and business strategy.
About The Role
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, events)
• Identify and research target accounts within the B2B, SaaS, ecosystem
• Engage with decision-makers in DevOps, Cloud, FinOps, AI, and engineering teams
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Schedule product demos and meetings for leadership
• Maintain and manage pipeline data in CRM systems
• Work closely with marketing on messaging and campaign insights
• Contribute to outbound strategy and market positioning
The Skills and Qualities You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of experience in SDR / BDR or similar sales role
• Experience selling to DevOps / Cloud / FinOps / Platform teams
• Experience working with US-based customers
• Fluent English (spoken and written) –
mandatory
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• High energy, self-motivation, and resilience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience with outbound sales tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• A genuine passion for technology, curiosity to continuously learn new domains, and the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts in areas such as Cloud, DevOps, AI, and SaaS.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to work on-site from the Prague office (4 days per week)
Advantageous Experience
• Background in AI products, DevTools, infrastructure tools, or data products
• Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment
•
Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, etc., a strong advantage
• Experience selling or engaging with DevOps, Cloud, FinOps, Platform, or AI teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and agents (e.g., Zephyr) to support research, outreach automation, and workflow optimization.
