## About the Role

The Billing Operations Analyst will own the full billing process and help ensure customers receive accurate, transparent, and timely invoices. This role is central to financial accuracy, customer trust, and the overall efficiency of the cloud cost management service.

You will work closely with the development team, leadership, and customers to improve billing workflows, validate pricing logic, and turn billing data into actionable insights. The position is based at Beit Gibor Sport Tower in Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv Savidor Central railway station.

## Key Responsibilities

– Own the billing lifecycle from usage ingestion through final invoice issuance.
– Validate client pricing data and ensure commercial terms are correctly reflected in internal systems.
– Review billing data for trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
– Partner with the development team on automation opportunities and the integration of AI tools into billing workflows.
– Support customers with detailed billing questions and help resolve complex inquiries.
– Improve internal processes to support scale as the client base grows.

## Required Skills

– Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
– Proven experience working with large, detailed datasets in data analysis or cost analysis.
– Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and complex conditional logic.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn manual processes into scalable, automated workflows.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to checking and reconciling work.

## Preferred Skills

– 2+ years of experience in data analysis or cost analysis.
– Hands-on experience in FinOps.
– Experience with AWS Cost Explorer or cloud cost data.
– Proficiency in SQL and Python.
– Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
